Nobody wants to hear it but — I’m stressed.
Or maybe everyone wants to hear it because they’re stressed too.
Yes, life is full, it’s true and to really understand my predicament, here’s a list of things I should do tomorrow (and every day thereafter):
- Drink a glass of lemon water or
- Drink a glass of lemon water with cayenne pepper
- Meditate
- Read
- Smile
- Do a crossword puzzle
- Complete a sudoku puzzle
- Call my mother
- Breathe
- Take a yoga class
- Breathe in a yoga class
- Buy organic food
- Eat unprocessed foods
- Take a cold shower
- Listen to a podcast
- Read a book
- Write a blog post
It’s a full life, right?!
