My City was Gone, Or Was It?

“Aw snap!” as a reaction to this article is the most irritating thing I can say because it is trite and this article is not.

“Aw snap!” is just what I want to say because it is uncool and that is how most people who like this article might feel.

I read it and loved it and I don’t feel uncool.

I feel cool for knowing exactly what the writer is talking about and I feel cool for being a part of the city at one point and for feeling like I owned the streets and for still feeling like I belong there even when I am just visiting.

Even though it is about New York City and its perceived coolness, this piece is above and beyond cool.
