I discovered this blog recently and think the content is worthy and important.

It’s nothing new to This is Happening as I have written in my newsletters about meditation. Basically the takeaway is DO IT! if you can find the time without stressing out. 

To anyone who will listen, I am always recommending Headspace. When talking about mediation, I love saying ,”you know, there is an app for that!”

And when I do that I feel goofy and earnest and gosh darn it, sometimes I like to be goofy and earnest.
