Mindfulness Monday

Take 5-10 minutes today to just breathe. I mean it.

Step away from the computer. Put down the phone.

Sit on the floor. If you are at a desk, sit next to your chair, if you need to. And take some breaths.

In through your mouth and out through your nose.

Or breathe however you want to. It’s up to you.

Clean it out!
