I’m not going to be able to fully express what City Bakery means to me as a former New Yorker but I will say that I liked the secondary headline here: “It managed to be quaint, familiar and luxurious all at the same time.”
I remember going there soon after reading it had the city’s best chocolate chip cookie and me and that cookie have had a nice relationship ever since. I’ll miss you!!
