If you happen to be a member of a CSA or you get farm vegetables in your house every week from say Farmigo (like me) or Whole Foods (I try to get there every week but sometimes it doesn’t happen) then you might have fiddleheads in your fridge and in that case, you should try this easy Fiddlehead recipe.
It is fun to say fiddlehead but even more fun to say, “I made fiddleheads last night!”
